What's Klaus?
Klaus is a food delivery app where users can browse and order from their favorite restaurant. (This is a revamp design of Harry's Cafe)

Discover
Initially, I stared off this project with Double Diamond (Discover, Define, Design and Deliver).
- User Research: To understand users' pain points, I conducted user interviews in both quantitative and qualitative methods. A primary user group includes those who are busy with their schedules to prepare for meals and people who love efficient process by ordering via the app.
- Target Users: A group of people with the age range from 18-60 who were business professionals and college students.
Define
After analyzing the insights, I moved onto defining the problems and finding solutions.
- Persona: I created two personas, who reflected our target audiences. Within these personas, their goals and frustrations were clearly explained.
- User Journey Map & Flow: These two are modified and created based on the personas I defined. They presented how to design an app that is time-saving to order food.

Design
On design phase, low fidelity wireframes were designed first since it was the most cost-effective in the early stage of SDLC. These low-fi wireframes were tested with potential users who ordered food on a daily basis. Prototypes were also crafted which connected the primary user flow of browsing a menu and ordering the Cafe’s items, so the prototype could be used in a usability study.

Evaluation
This is a design project, and most of the UX researches were done in my initial design (Before revamp). I took it as an opportunity to reflect my skills and qualifications, so I did a revamp on Harry's Cafe and named it as Klaus.
