The redesign of the Melo Music app aimed to deliver a seamless and engaging music streaming experience by addressing usability challenges and modernizing the interface. A structured design process was followed to ensure the app met user expectations and enhanced overall engagement.

Steps Taken

• Defining the Problem
  An in-depth review of the existing app identified key issues such as outdated visuals and inconsistent elements within the app.

• Ideation
  Concepts were generated to reimagine the app’s experience, emphasizing smoother navigation and a visually captivating interface.

• Developing a Specialized Design System
  To ensure visual and functional consistency, a customized design system was built for Melo Music. It included tailored typography, color palettes inspired by vibrant musical themes, spacing guidelines, and reusable components to streamline the design process and maintain coherence across the app.

• Usability Testing
  Detailed prototypes were created, showcasing a fresh and dynamic interface, smooth navigation flows, and enhanced content presentation.

• A/B Testing
  Two design variations were tested with users to determine the most effective interface in terms of usability and engagement. The preferred design was finalized and prepared for launch.
